Steve spent 15 years in senior management with MLC and Garvan before joining Troy Hartley in 2003 to co-found Wealth Management Partners (WMP). Under Steve’s leadership, WMP grew significantly, including the 2021 acquisition of P&N Financial Planning, and in 2019, the company transitioned to its own licensing structure under Mont Partners Pty Ltd AFSL, which Steve co-founded. Most recently, WMP merged with Gallagher Benefit Services, strengthening its capacity to deliver comprehensive financial planning and benefits solutions.
